Fortuna for everyone”: With the start of the 2024/25 season, GS YUASA Battery Germany GmbH has resumed its successful partnership with Fortuna Düsseldorf and is an official Club95Partner. After a short break, both sides are pleased to intensify the collaboration again and to actively support the traditional soccer club in the current season. The multi-year partnership between the world’s leading battery manufacturer and Fortuna Düsseldorf began in the summer of 2016. After a positive and successful collaboration, a short break followed. But with the new season, GS YUASA is resuming its commitment
“We are thrilled to strengthen our partnership with Fortuna Düsseldorf once again and to be back on board as a Club95 partner. The club’s energy and passion perfectly match the values of GS YUASA, and we are delighted to be part of this impressive football family,” explains Raphael Eckert, Country Manager of GS YUASA Battery Germany GmbH. ”Soccer unites people across almost all borders, and we are proud to contribute to this.”
As a Club95 partner, GS YUASA supports the social commitment of Fortuna Düsseldorf. Under the motto “Fortuna for all”, the club has already offered free tickets to fans of Düsseldorf and the respective guest team at individual home matches during a pilot phase in 2023/24. However, the goal is free access to all of the club’s home matches – because, as they believe, soccer belongs to the fans.
By renewing the partnership, GS YUASA is not only strengthening its local presence, but also its connection to soccer and the Düsseldorf region. “We are looking forward to more exciting matches, which we will be happy to attend with our business partners to cheer on the team. Fortuna Düsseldorf can count on our full support,” adds Raphael Eckert.
