Centred around a charming video advert, the coordinated European advertising campaign explores the world of GS Yuasa through the eyes of 6-year-old Isabella and her mother as they go about their day noticing the many exciting applications powered by the battery manufacturer.
Powering What Matters touches on the diverse range of markets served by the Japanese based manufacturer, which is larger than any other producer or supplier.
The battery giant has had a presence in Europe for over 40 years with dedicated sales companies based in Krefeld, Lyon, Milan, Madrid, Bankeryd and Swindon as well as a manufacturing plant in Ebbw Vale, UK.
GS Yuasa also manufacture Yuasa and GS branded products. This campaign is the first time the GS Yuasa brand has taken centre stage on the continent. Moving forward the manufacturer will now promote its primary brand, whilst continuing to market its world-renowned Yuasa and GS ranges.
Andrew Taylor, Managing Director and CEO of GS Yuasa Battery Europe Ltd said: “Our batteries have long been powering what matters – in fact, we’ve been the European market leader for industrial batteries for over 40 years and are the preferred choice for many vehicle mechanics, motorists and motorcyclists across the continent. Powering What Matters celebrates this and brings the GS Yuasa name to the forefront of our activities for the first time.”
“We know that almost all battery manufacturers make similar claims, however we can go one step further with a message that is truly unique to us. This campaign highlights the enormous breadth of applications powered by GS Yuasa. From exploring the deepest depths of the ocean to the International Space Station 250 miles above earth – GS Yuasa batteries are the number one choice for millions of applications around the world.”
