Did you know that we treat all YUASA batteries like raw eggs at our Krefeld warehouse to ensure that our customers get a high-quality product?
As a living product, batteries require regular care and maintenance. Therefore, after delivery to our warehouse, the condition of the batteries is checked as part of an extensive goods inwards inspection. Furthermore, the indoor climate of our shelving system is tightly controlled. Based an a first in/first out scheme, all batteries a stored according to their date of receipt. State-of-health checks are made at specified intervals, and an additional test procedure can also be done to ensure product quality. GS YUASA meticulously documents the condition of all batteries. If necessary, the state of charge is adjusted using the company’s own charging station by checking the OCV (terminal voltage).
A final check for defects and the electrical condition is carried out before the batteries leave the warehouse for shipment to the customer. With this elaborate process, we meet international standards and ensure that our customers receive high-quality products. This applies to all batteries, including industry, automotive or motorcycle types.
