GS YUASA introduces two smart devices that make it easy to test the battery state of health and to find the right battery: Battery Tester and USB Smart Button.
The GS YUASA Battery Tester allows to test 12V car, light van or Motorcycle batteries up to 900CCA that are fitted to a vehicle in regular use. It is intended as a guide to general battery health and works easily: Connect clips to battery, input battery’s label CCA
rating using Up/Down buttons, and the tester will now check the battery. After the check, one of the indicator LED’s will illuminate and show the test results: Green for battery is in a good state of health, Orange for fully recharge the battery and retest, and Red for the battery should be replaced. The LED display will also show the battery’s voltage and actual CCA.
The GS YUASA USB Smart Button allows easy access to the online battery search.
The USB Smart Button helps to find the right battery and fitting information quickly and to save time and money. For an easy access, simply push the Smart Button instead of having to visit the website fit.yuasa.co.uk manually. This offers the possibility to quickly select the right battery on the basis of various information, such as Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), make and model, cross reference and battery specification. Built using smart logic, the system will ask users to confirm trim levels or features where multiple versions of a specific vehicle may exist. This guarantees the correct
